Diane is leading the way in the world of home watch. It is, currently, an unregulated industry with little barrier to entry. Home Watch providers are often untrained and uninsured. This inexperience, and lack knowledge, frequently results in damage that could have been avoided if detected in the early stages.
She is dedicated to helping Seasonal Residents know what to expect and how to hire home watch providers. There is a huge demand for quality home watch services so Diane knew the path, to helping the most people, would be by growing new home watch companies.
Diane has been training individuals, and helping them launch home watch businesses, since 2008. The Home Watch Training Program is an intense training for talented individuals who are serious about providing services that are second to none.
Diane is a true entrepreneur and has been a business owner since 1986. She co-owns a thriving home watch company, offers training locally and on-site to companies with home watch divisions, as well as webinars, custom programs and individual coaching. She leads an affiliate team of independently owned home watch business owners who are trained, tested, and trusted.
