Naples, Florida – December 6, 2010 – The South Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) awarded Carolyn Oppie the 2010 Portfolio Manager of the year award that recognizes outstanding participation in the advancement of better living within condominium and homeowners communities.
Carolyn Oppie is a Florida licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) and a 6 year veteran of the association management industry. Ms. Oppie is responsible for a portfolio of condominium and homeowner Associations for Sandcastle Community Management, a Naples based property management firm.
The Community Association Institute is a 40 year old national organization, dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. CAI is a leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them.
Each year CAI seeks nominations for association management professionals, in a variety of positions that are recognized leaders in the industry.
Carolyn Oppie is employed by Sandcastle Community Management, a 10 year old Naples based management firm that specializes in the management of condominium and homeowners associations and has 4,000 units under management. This is the third year that a Sandcastle associate has received CAI awards for outstanding management.
